SEOBDA MISSION STATEMENT
The South Eastern Oklahoma Band Director's Association was formed to promote music education and to oversee the Southeast Region All-District Band Clinic, Concert, and Auditions. The association is also responsible for the Southeastern Region first round Oklahoma Music Educators All-State Honor Band Auditions.
